WHEN AND WHERE DO WE PRACTICE?

Main Gym (Muir Gym), 1st floor fitness room


Monday 9-11pm
Wednesday 8:30pm-10:30pm
Thursday 9-11pm
Friday 7-9pm

WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DO WE DO?

Monday: Conditioning
Wednesday: Sparring
Thursday: Poomsae
Friday: Strategy

HOW ARE PRACTICES RUN?

We focus on specific set of skills each practice. Practices are typically run by team captains and coach.


Typical practice looks like:

15-20min Warm-up

30min Basic Kicking

45min Focused training

15min Cool down

5min Announcements

WHAT DO YOU TYPICALLY WEAR TO PRACTICE?

Any comfortable workout clothing or uniform is okay.

DO I HAVE TO COME TO ALL THE PRACTICES?

No, but the more you come, the faster you get better!
